For bulk production, our laboratory has :
• A clean room,
• Two jacketed tanks with agitation, containing up to 2 200 litres of liquid,
• Several filtration processes ranging from 250µm to 0.2µ.,
• An innovative method of pasteurization distinguished by the ARTINOV award in 2007,
• A quality system guaranteeing the respect of each step of the process,
• A technique of hot filling allowing a 100% organic product.

For packaging, our laboratory has :
• A clean room,
• A bottle filling machine/capper with six nozzles on line allowing to fulfill any type of bottle
from 10ml to 1 litre with speed ranging rates from 500 to 3 000 bottles / hour.,
• Two semi-automatic bottle-filling machines for smaller orders.,
• An automatic labelling machine with :
- An inkjet printer ,
- A thermal transfer printer,
- A hot encoder.

Bottle filling
Our manufacturing, preparation and packaging processes are in accordance with the HACCP standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
We offer bottles with different properties: glass, PET,… , in various shapes : cylindrical, square, flat,…, with different types of caps : droppers, spray pumps, aluminium or plastic caps,…
We offer aluminium crimp caps, tamper-evident bands, and various accessories, including measuring cups, pipettes, etc. We may also, at the customer's request, provide labels and/or cases.
Through our partnership with a laboratory specializing in this field, we are able to provide the packaging in ampoules. |
