A unique process : soft pasteurization
Process which make it possible, thanks to a low temperature, to preserve a 100% organic product as long as a conventional extract, without preservatives. It guarantees a high content of active ingredients, and better organoleptic and bacteriological quality extracts.
ECOCERT
NATEVA NATEVA is certified by ECOCERT which guarantees that we undertake a quality process in our production methods and respect the organic quality requirements of our products. All our certificates are available for examination.
Production equipment
We use non polluting materials, in accordance with our commitment to protect the environment. The quality of the clean rooms, instantaneous cleaning procedures, and production equipment specifically adapted to our needs provide safeguards against contamination. |
|
Monitored Production
The team is composed of people with solid experience in cultivation , production and processing aromatic plants as well as in their marketing .
At each stage of the process, samples are taken for analysis in external laboratories in order to ensure quality control of all our products. These tests are carried out taking into account industry standards and our own strict internal standards.
Every production is covered by a processing sheet detailing the origin of the raw material, the used quantities, the obtained result. Thus, these various checkpoints ensure optimal traceability. |
|

Administrative Monitoring
Our productions are monitored thanks to manufacturing records, batch files, analyses, (bacteriological analyses, chromatography, etc) and through technical and identification datasheets for each product. We use software to follow the routing of the product. |

Standards
NATEVA follows GAP ( Good Agricultural Practices) and follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements. NATEVA guarantees the use of ingredients without GMO (genetically modified organisms) and not tested on animals.
NATEVA follows the HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point) procedure for each production. Those standards require traceability and self-testing on finished products (bacteriological tests, chromatography, etc.). |
